About us

Hi, I'm Ben, a certified dog trainer in Switzerland, with a passion for helping owners and their four-legged friends.

With a certificate in dog training and a specialisation in canine behaviour, I offer you personalised support for the education of your puppy or adult dog, whatever its age or specific needs.

My approach is based on an in-depth understanding of canine behaviour to create a harmonious and balanced relationship between you and your dog. I would be delighted to accompany you on this wonderful adventure!

Practical information

Dog training sessions take place at home, in your neighbourhood or in the forest.
Be careful not to give food before a session to avoid accidents.

Rates and reimbursements

Prices may vary according to the age of your dog, the service required and the number of sessions booked.

Below is a list of the services on offer with their respective prices. For packages or subscriptions, the cost per session is shown in brackets so that you can compare the different offers and choose the one that suits you best.

First meeting (30 min): 50.00

Single sessions: €100

Subscription for 1 session/week: €360/month
(you save 40.- per month!)

Subscription for 2 sessions/week: 640.00/month
(you save 160.- per month!)

More information

All dogs have a limited attention span, so sessions can last between 45min and 1h15. The price is not calculated on the length of a session.

Before committing yourself to a package or subscription, an initial 30-minute meeting is compulsory so that we can get to know each other and agree on your needs and objectives. This meeting avoids misunderstandings and allows you to make your choice with confidence. If you are not convinced at the end of this session, you are not committed to anything.

Payments in cash, by TWINT and by QR code invoice are accepted.

Yes, you can cancel or change an appointment via our platform. However, we ask you to respect the cancellation or modification deadline of 24 hours before the appointment. This information is available in the confirmation email once you have booked your appointment.
Animals Cocoon is designed for scheduling regular appointments and not for emergency situations. If your pet requires emergency care, you can contact 3115, the number for veterinary emergencies for cats, dogs and NACs. Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
After your appointment, you will receive an e-mail inviting you to rate your experience with the animal health professional. Each customer has the opportunity to leave a review after the appointment to share their experience. We value your feedback as it helps to improve our service and provides a valuable reference for other pet owners.
Yes, Animals Cocoon covers the whole of Switzerland. Our aim is to connect pet owners with animal health professionals in all regions, from major cities to rural areas. If you can't find services in your area, please let us know so we can work to improve our coverage.
To register with Animals Cocoon, click on "Register" on our home page. You will need to provide details of your qualifications, experience, specialisms and location, as well as the fees charged. All registrations are checked to ensure compliance with Swiss animal health standards.
