About us

🐾 O-Poil - Grooming salon in Lausanne

The O-Poil grooming salon was founded by Diane Oppliger in 2020, with the ambition of offering a warm, caring and professional place to take care of all your four-legged companions.

We are now a team of three passionate groomers:

Diane Oppliger, Cloé Pasteur and Ada Polese.

🐶🐱🐰 We welcome dogs, cats and NACs (rabbits, guinea pigs, etc.), for care adapted to each animal, respecting its rhythm and sensitivity.

At O-Poil, each grooming session is carried out with patience, gentleness and expertise, in a calm and reassuring atmosphere.

📍 The salon is located in Lausanne, at avenue de la Fantaisie 6.

Animals Cocoon is designed for scheduling regular appointments and not for emergency situations. If your pet requires emergency care, you can contact 3115, the number for veterinary emergencies for cats, dogs and NACs. Open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
After your appointment, you will receive an e-mail inviting you to rate your experience with the animal health professional. Each customer has the opportunity to leave a review after the appointment to share their experience. We value your feedback as it helps to improve our service and provides a valuable reference for other pet owners.
